MyGamma is a mobile social networking site of BuzzCity, launched in 2003.
BuzzCity CEO Lai K.F. said myGamma has millions of users around the world and free, because the form of services rather than applications.
"Our members interact with each other and form online communities in moblogs, discussion groups, chat, and games," he said via press release, today.
He said that various communities have been formed and its members joined forces to exchange information on topics of interest.
According to him, blogging is an extraordinary phenomenon in Indonesia, so that mobile blogging will become even greater.
From as many as 5 million members worldwide, he said, there are 400,000 users myGamma in Indonesia and around 25,000 mobile blog from Indonesia contained in mobile social networking site, which amounted to about 1 mobile blog for every 16 users.
He explained among the members, there are 350 translators from Indonesia in myGamma that help translate content on a site that has a local language interface such as Javanese, Sundanese, and Bugis, in order to facilitate use in specific communities of large cities.
"Mobile blogging the future of blogging in Indonesia, myGamma as popular mobile blogging sites have attracted much interest because of the flexibility of Indonesian bloggers its interface and its features are easy to use," he said.
